Nicholas J. Lombardi is the founder of The Law Office of Nicholas J. Lombardi, LLC, bringing more than three decades of experience in personal injury litigation, insurance defense, and insurance coverage matters. He represents individuals, business entities, self-insured corporations, public entities, and insurance carriers in state and federal courts throughout New Jersey.    Mr Lombardi handles personal injury claims as well as complex litigation matters and insurance coverage disputes. He has extensive experience in trial, mediation, and arbitration, and has tried numerous cases to jury verdict with consistently favorable results.   Prior to founding The Law Office of Nicholas J. Lombardi, Mr. Lombardi was a named partner at Harrington and Lombardi, LLP for over 25 years. During that time, he successfully represented a wide range of national and regional insurance carriers and corporate clients, including Fortune 500 companies, automobile manufacturers, retailers, supermarkets, and major insurance providers.   Mr. Lombardi has successfully advocated for his clients before the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, and the Supreme Court of New Jersey.    Mr. Lombardi earned his Bachelor of Arts and Special Interdisciplinary Degree in History and Government from Muhlenberg College and his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law, graduating in the top third of his class. Following law school, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Edward F. Neagle, Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Essex County.   He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, as well as before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Southern District of New York, and the Eastern District of New York. Mr. Lombardi is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Passaic County Bar Association, and the New Jersey Defense Association.
